We are pleased to announce that Steven Johnson has joined Charter HCP as Director of Financial Services.

Steven brings over 20 years of senior leadership experience in asset management and operations. He has held key roles at prominent firms, including EFG Asset Management—where he served as UK Managing Director, Global COO, and Chairman of the mutual funds—and Fabien Pictet & Partners, an emerging markets hedge fund, where he was CEO.

His extensive experience across global markets, regulatory environments, and high-net-worth client advisory—particularly within family offices and institutional settings—will be instrumental in advancing Charter HCP’s strategic and financial service capabilities.

Steven’s appointment represents a meaningful step in our continued growth as we deliver structured, disciplined, and impactful solutions across the private capital landscape.

Please join us in extending a warm welcome to Steven.
